Qualification Description
Sales representatives must be registered with Consumer and Business Services (CBS). A sales representative is employed by a land agent and is involved in selling land and businesses. Registered land agents don't need a separate registration to work as a sales representative or property manager.

Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.

To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed Year 12.

All learners will undertake an initial skills assessment (online) to determine suitability for the course and student needs. The review aims to identify their training needs through questions on previous education or training, the relevance of the course and relevant experience. Determination of course suitability and additional support (if any) will be made by a qualified assessor.

Mature age students may also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.

All students will be required to complete an LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the course. National Property Education of Australia uses LLN robot platform for the assessment.
