Are you willing to enter the Queensland real estate market? Do you like leading individuals through big life decisions like leasing a home in a complex of apartments? The Residential Letting Licence QD course is what you should take if this applies to you.

After completing the course, you will be qualified to manage and lease properties for both owners and body corporates. You'll manage a trust account, perform property inspections, and collect rent from all of the buildings in the complex.

However, you must first finish the necessary course with a licenced training organisation in order to be eligible for a Residential Letting Licence QLD (RTO). We take pride in our comprehensive Residential Letting Agent Licence Course QLD and our emphasis on flexibility and efficiency as the market leaders in real estate training. You choose National Property College for your real estate education because it offers after-hours assist and treats you more like a friend than a client. To put it another way, you're picking the best.

Please take note that you cannot become a licenced real estate agent after completing this course. This implies that you are unable to sell any homes or apartments within the complex you manage. Additionally, no residential complex allows rentals or sales of apartments.

Before receiving your certificate from us, you must successfully complete all 15 of the course's competency components. As a resident letting agent, you can then submit an application for a resident letting licence QLD with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.

How much time is spent on this course?

According to our students, it often takes them 2 to 3 weeks to complete the assessments.
