What are the key benefits of studying a Real Estate Auctioneer Licence Course?

Successful completion awards a Statement of Attainment for ten (10) units of competency from theCertificate IV in Real Estate Practice CPP41419 and Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51122, which meets the educational requirements for application to QLD Fair Trading for a QLD Real Estate Auctioneer Licence.

What units will I complete?

Within our Real Estate Agent Course QLD, there are 10 units to be completed.

These 10 units are as follows:

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate

  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate

  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

  • CPPREP4125 Transact in trust account

  • CPPREP4161 Undertake pre-auction processes

  • CPPREP4162 Conduct and complete sale by auction

  • CPPREP4163 Complete post-auction processes & contract execution

  • CPPREP5006 Manage operational finances in the property industry

Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?

Admission Requirements for both qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older at course commencement.

  • Satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent

  • Mature age students may also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience would normally be expected but each case will be reviewed individually with relevant work experience evidenced by work reference letter on company letterhead, work samples and curriculum vitae submitted will be considered.

Provide English language skills either by:

  • Evidence of English tests, e.g., IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

  • Achieved a pass result in level 3/4 VCE English or VCE ESL or equivalent.

  • Minimum of two (2) years study at an AQF level 4 or higher completed in Australia.
