What is the purpose of completing this programme?
Admission Requirements for both qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older at course commencement.

Satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent

Mature age students may also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience would normally be expected but each case will be reviewed individually with relevant work experience evidenced by work reference letter on company letterhead, work samples and curriculum vitae submitted will be considered.
Provide English language skills either by:

Evidence of English tests, e.g., IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

Achieved a pass result in level 3/4 VCE English or VCE ESL or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years study at an AQF level 4 or higher completed in Australia.
What will this qualification enable me to do?
You can work at your own speed and schedule to complete the 12 online courses that comprise up the Real Estate Salesperson Registration course.
You can apply for your Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Queensland Office of Fair Trading once you have obtained your certificate of achievement.
You can work in the real estate sector once you have your Certificate of Registration and are being supervised by a registered agent.

Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?
Before starting the course, you must satisfy an LLN (Language Literacy and Numeracy) test. Additionally, you have to apply for a unique student identification number (USI). You can do this when signing up for the course.
