Welcome to National Property College!
National Property College was established in 2021 in Melbourne, Victoria as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO:45908) delivering nationally recognised training for domestic students.
National Property College currently offers the following course:
l CPP41419-Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
l CPP51122-Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
Melbourne campus is located in South Box Hill, which is accessible by many forms of public transport including trains, trams and buses.
Real estate courses are delivered by qualified and experienced trainers.

Student Support Services

National Property College staff can be approached to gain advice on academic and personal issues. Staff at National Property College will offer professional and confidential advice in areas where they can help and will ensure that all efforts are taken to ensure a positive learning experience is achieved.
Whilst all staff employed by National Property College have the responsibility to provide support to all students, the RTO shall nominate a ‘Student Support Officer(s)’ who will be available to all students, on an appointment basis, through the standard RTO hours of business.
